« Incredible cabin and overall experience! From the homegrown veggies and freshly-picked flowers waiting for us when we got there, to the serenely peaceful environment and proximity to the talladega national forest…I can’t overstate how wonderful our stay was. Cooking over the campfire every night with the stars above us and barely any light pollution was something I could get used to. « A unique experience on the bus and beautifully decorated. A nice outdoor seating area overlooking the cotton fields with views of gorgeous sunsets. The hosts were most accommodating to let us love on their farm animals and answered all one million questions we had. »

« The house is very cute little place for a stay on the lake. The bedroom with 2 beds had several dead bugs along the wall, maybe just need cleaned a little better. Overall house was very cute. There are, I believe, 62 steps down to the dock, where the kids lived jumping off and enjoying the water. Thank you for having us. Loved the painting on the dining room wall. Best view around. »

« The sugar shack was a great place to stay with my husband and daughter. Being right on the lake was amazing. It was just enough room for the three of us. The grill was in great condition, we grilled out each night of our stay. I think it’s important for anyone staying here knows that getting to the house from the top of the driveway and getting down to the lake could be challenging if you have any mobility issues. « Lyn graciously opened her home to us. What a beautiful lake home. It was very roomy, better than described. We enjoyed the huge back deck under the shade trees and the dock where we played in the water all day. We were able to dock a pontoon inside one of the slips. Lots of memories were made during our long weekend. My personal favorite part was the eclectic decor. Such fun little things tucked in unexpected places. Thank you Lyn! »
