« Choose this place to stay so I could set up office while my kids spent time with their old nanny. Space worked perfectly for my needs although dust and dander were concerning. Host was extremely responsive, offered an early check in without requesting. The place was very spacious and charming for those who enjoy old farmhouse style. »

« My wife and I stayed there for a few days for her birthday. It was so peaceful there. The host keeps the place very clean and includes many additional thoughtful items. The trail is a nice touch and worth exploring. It was super hot during our stay and the A/C kept us nice and cool. »

« The property is adorable! Very nice, every thing was new and comfortable. The bed was so soft and snuggly. The air conditioner worked well. The hot tub pavilion area was our favorite with string lights and rocking chairs. Such a relaxing way to connect. To note- the hot tub area is shared between two properties. Was not an issue at all, but I didn’t realize it when I booked. There is absolutely no service as well (we enjoyed that aspect, but again something to note!). We will definitely be back! »

« Danny is a good communicator. I had quite a few questions prior to arrival that he answered quickly. The parking in front of our room wasn't ideal for two motorcycles due to the loose gravel and awkward transition from the street to the parking area, but we made it work. The room was bright and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchenette was a nice perk. If we decide to go down to Grafton again, I will definitely look into staying here. »

« This was a great property in which to stay at. First, the hosts were phenomenal and if we were going to arrive after dark, they were going to leave the light on for us. There are no negatives about this property. Location excellent within distance to St Louis and Chain of Rocks bridge. It was so clean, quiet and relaxing. We had the best nights sleep of our trip. They go above and beyond making this place great and comfortable for their guests. If you forgot anything, they are supplying it from...

« The unit was very nice, clean and well appointed. Everything you would need ready and available. The bed was very comfortable. The access to the place is rather cumbersome. That was not a surpise as the access is pictured in the write-up. This is the reason I gave it 4 stars vs 5. »
