Communing with the ospreys, hummingbirds and the bald eagle who perched numerous times on a nearby tree was an added bonus. And, the owner may be the most friendly/helpful we’ve ever rented from. « Incredible stay with thoughtful touches - perfect for pets! We had a great time at this property - there were plenty of towels, a comfy bed, cookware, and other nice touches that made it a great getaway. The fenced in yard was so helpful for letting our pup run all around! Katie was extremely responsive and answered questions right away. « From beginning to end the entire experience was amazing! Our hosts went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming. The house was the perfect size for our 8 ppl and 5 dogs. They had everything we needed to spend time on the water. We hope to make regular return visits! »

« Wow! What an incredible property and house. We were a group of families with small kids, and it was heaven for them playing in the pool, on the dock, on the playground, and in the expansive yard. Lots of beautiful sunsets on the patio for the grown-ups too. We never had to leave. Can't recommend highly enough. »

« Great place close to the White House but with all the luxuries of a private property. Parking was tight quarters as is to be expected in DC, but we were able to manage with a full size SUV. Close proximity to everything we were wanting to do, so location was great. Neighborhood was quiet without a single issue our entire stay. House accommodations were very good and very clean.
