« Wanted to spend a weekend somewhere we'd never been. The apartment we stayed in offered the ability to be able to fix our own meals, sleep in comfort and be walking distance from a multi-flavor soft ice cream shop. We were from 2 hours away. Visited the Benezette Elk Center as well as some of the Elk viewing areas (though we didn't expect to see any, as it was the wrong time of day and season). We also took a short hike. « The house is well designed for a family or couples. The kitchen is well-stocked for almost any meal. The decor is comfortable and not fussy. The hosts have a home away from home. »

« This is what I call getting away. My family had a great week from early morning hot tub soaks to family feuds over playing Uno and Monopoly! We only got one clear night in the star gazing field and the moon was a bit to bright but it was still beautiful. The property is clean and well stocked with just about everything you could need! We will definitely be back! »

« Emporium is an old town so we knew ahead of time the home was going to be older. I think they did a nice job bringing it up to date considering its age. Beds were fairly comfortable. The detergent used for the comforter was a bit strong. Fridge's water/ice machine didn't seem to work but there was fresh water in the fridge for us guests. The barn door for the bathroom was a nice touch. I'd recommend a latch or small hook as it did tend to open. Otherwise, it was clean and we loved that it was...

« The estate was breathtaking! We got so many picture’s taken on property and I cannot wait to see them! The house had everything from glasses for mimosas (as we were getting ready for our wedding day) to emergency sanitary products. The lodge had everything you could need and the host was very responsive to any questions and was very pleasant and thoughtful. Perfect spot for our small Wedding under the stars!
