„For the price and proximity to downtown Mayfield and Fancy Farm, this place is a winner. However, if any other option were to come up, I would take it. The photos on the website don’t capture to state of neglect in the standard double rooms. I love an independently owned hotel/motel but even if the funds aren’t there to keep up with the latest furniture and bedding you have to maintain and more importantly CLEAN what you do have.
