« We came up for a family cousin trip, all adults, and this house was perfect!! It is spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We especially loved being able to sit around the big table all together! The view of the fall colors was so beautiful. The host is so kind and had great communication with us. « Great place to relax. The water was perfect. We loved that there is room to swim around in the spring and really benefit from stretching out in the hot water. Slept like a rock! Best bed ive had in long time. We never left the property once there so spent some time on the grill. Worked great, but the best part of cooking outdoors there is the wildlife. « The layout was excellent for our family of five, with three bedrooms and bathrooms. The bed configuration worked perfectly for the room with a child. Each room had direct access to the outside, allowing us to enjoy the porch with the stream flowing or watch the deer in the front yard. The location was ideal for leaf peeping in St. Elmo and accessing the 4x4 trails in the Ute Mountains. »
