„This property is unbelievable! What a fun night stay we had here. The decor and setup of this house is so fun! We made an amazing dinner and enjoyed it at the large dining table. The host was very responsive and called me on check-in day. We would definitely recommend staying here, and the location is fantastic. “

„Centrally located on Campobello, quiet but friendly, hosts were lovely. If your idea of glamping is a 5-star hotel just in a tent, this probably isn’t for you. But if you’re looking for somewhere a little more comfortable and convenient than camping, don’t want to worry about whether it will rain, know what you’re getting into with a composting toilet, and a rustic outdoor shower is your idea of luxury, you’ll have a wonderful stay.“

„So many beds and so much room to explore outside. We kept our kids busy in the neighborhood during the day and came back to a well equipped kitchen to prepare our evening meals.Thor, one of our hosts, was gracious and accommodating whenever we had a question!“

„This vacation home was very quiet and within walking distance to Water Street. The kitchen was well stocked. There was even an air fryer. The owner was thoughtful and responsive. She even left us welcoming gifts. It was a delight to have no cleaning chores.“

„We’ve stayed at this lovely property two years in a row and plan to visit again in the future. The host is so lovely and helpful, but is not at all intrusive. The view of the ocean is wonderful and it is fun to watch the boats going to and from the harbor. There is a family of eagles that make regular appearances. The kitchen has all the equipment you might need, coffee maker, blender, even a springform pan! We had a lovely evening watching the full moon rise while sitting around a fire in the ...

„Fantastic. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything was sparkling clean. Shauna was very friendly and helpful. Highlight of our stay was enjoying a kayak during high tide and crab spotting during low tide. The hot tub was lovely and well maintained. My 12 year old wanted to stay all summer. “

„While my love affair with Campobello Island started with an overnight camping trip to Herring Cove Provincial park, this property sealed the deal. This is my second stay at the Starfish and it is heaven on earth. Nothing compares to the wildlife encounters I’ve had at the scenic overlook. It’s clear how much Dennis cares about the island and I will continue to stay at his amazing cottages as long as he continues to offer them for others to enjoy. “
