« Room has no central hvac. All a/c and heat is all from the buildings system. There’s no way to control how cold or warm the room gets. Brush fire smoke smell was coming into the room from the outside air. Floors were sticky and bathroom floor was dirty. I left before staying the night. Only positive is that I was refunded quickly for the inconvenience. Would not recommend. »

« We had a great stay at this property! We were in the area for the Walnut Valley Festival in Winfield. Having stayed at a different property of Nyccole's last year, we knew we would be happy with it. Comfortable beds, great linens, well equipped for our needs. Highly recommend this host! »

« Stayed a month while house hunting. Our stay was relaxing and quiet. Located on acreage but only a 4 minute drive to Neodesha. Inside was spacious and we had no problem cooking our Christmas dinner. There is a large mud room which was great to store some moving items in a secure area. Our dog liked chasing her frisbee down the long yard. Would make a great hunting camp.Great communication with host, very accommodating and friendly. Would stay here again! »
