« Hotel listing with a pool, bar and restaurant. While they did have a pool it was not open for use (in August) and there was no bar or restaurant on the property. Room was recently redone but the bed was not comfortable and the bathroom floor was sticky and had not been swept. »

« Room and hotel was ok , the poor review comes from family getting stuck on elevator while going down for breakfast, when we first checked in and went up to out 4th floor we joked the the elevators (we ready ro break ) from all the clanking noise they where doing, missing essential hardware and keys for firefighters to open manually, unsure if elevator maintenance guy has arrived yet, no help from staff and other staff members i seen giving (hi fives ) to each other while laughing . « Staff is what sets this hotel apart - so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is really well cared for and the room is up-to-date. The fitness center was clean and had a lot of variety. The breakfast area was bright and cheery. The accessible rooms have several different pieces of equipment to make the shower or bathing area safe. Would definitely reserve this hotel again! »
