« In the Midtown neighborhood of ATL. Walking distance to known spots and local restaurants and cafes range from 5 minutes to 12 minutes driving. 4 minutes to walk to the Savannah College of Art and Design. The rooms are very spacious. The living room and kitchen are a great size, so 2-3 people don't feel cramped. Very easy parking all day. Thanks for having us! »

« Had a slight issue checking in with the door code, but that was resolved within minutes and the response from their team was excellent, both via text and phone. The apartment was massive, I was not expecting it to be as large as it was and it was very well located to get to downtown and mid town. Parking is a great bonus, although we had a larger truck, so couldn't really utilize it. That was an us issue though and nothing that was their fault »

« The condo was as advertised, affordable, and just we needed for a week in Atlanta. It is an older building, but everything seemed to be kept up. There was construction on the first level that had signs it halt, probably a permit issue. We felt safe and all the people we ran into in the building were friendly. Pros: good location to interstate and downtown clean, had everything we needed secure access to the front door of building with someone at the front desk, security cameras responded...

Scantily clad individuals around the property, day and night; even late night. People having loud sex with the windows open (I didnt even realized the windows could be opened), loud cursing, yelling and various altercations, by the constant crowd of people just hanging around the property.
