„We arrived to a clean and tidy house right on the river! The views are amazing. The location is in walking distance to some fun places as well as outdoor activities. A two minute drive will bring you to McGregor, a town with charming shops and dining options. Cross the bridge over to PDC for even more dining and shopping options. A five minute drive in any direction will bring you to excellent hiking and overlook areas!“

„This was a fun little cottage perfect for me and a friend to get away for a weekend. The property provided enough space to do activities outside, including a short trail they have around the property as well as enough space to watch movies and play games inside when we weren't out and about doing things in the area. Definitely plan to stay here again if I do more trips to the Mcgregor area. “

„We came to town to watch Luther softball. We had a great two nights and have enjoyed the Nest on previous trips as well. We enjoy having the ability to use a kitchen, the sitting area is large enough to watch a movie with friends and the rental is always clean. We had to cancel this room this fall for Homecoming and the owner was able to move the reservation to this weekend. We found that very accommodating for us and really appreciated it.“

„This apartment was beautiful, in a perfect location, right above a very cool cafe and walking distance to everything. There was a minor mix-up with the housekeeping upon our arrival, which was taken care of quickly by management, who went above and beyond to make right. We would definitely recommend this apartment and look forward to our next stay!Oh and the huge hot tub was a great way to wind down the day. “

Was surprised that the main floor had no window coverings - cabin is pretty secluded, but a bit more privacy would have been nice.Hot tub was a great temperature, but only about 20% of the jets seemed to be doing anything. Also was a bit of a pain to bring our own bedding and towels (we had to buy sheets as we didn't have standard king sheets) - there was supposedly a discount for bringing our own, but I don't know what the price would have been anyway, and there ...

„Great location for hiking and seeing the effigy mounds. Plenty of little towns nearby to have a meal if you so choose. The cabin is beautiful inside with all the amenities needed for a very cozy stay. Wonderful place for a quiet getaway! “
