„We had a really disappointing experience with Powhatan Motel. After driving 16 hours on a long road trip, we arrived around 3am expecting to check in, since the motel clearly advertises a 24-hour front desk and check-in availability after 4pm. Unfortunately, that was not the case. There was no one available at the front desk, no way to check in, and no communication whatsoever from the property.
