« This tiny home exceeded our expectations, it was perfect for our little getaway and the resort park it was in had lots to do we will be back! »

« The property itself was nice. Check-in and out instructions were good. However, for 4 adult women to only have 4 bath towels for 3 nights…there should have been more towels. Also, there were no sheets or blanket provided for the pull out bed. There was a smell in the apartment we couldn’t figure out then realized potatoes had been left in the pantry from previous guests I presume. There were no tissue boxes available. I think for the money, these small details could have been better. »

« We enjoyed being so close to downtown McKinney. The building is older and was the perfect size for my hubby and I, but felt it needed a good cleaning (including the furniture). The pillows on the bed were extremely old and need to be replaced. The heat source was a plug in unit as there is no central air or heat. I would not stay here again. »

« The owner offered prompt service and ultimately gave a refund. The property was nice, but cleaning was not sufficient even after cleaning lady came a 2nd time. Details below:When we arrived there was hair in the bathtub, food on the counters and stove top, and the dish soap was almost empty. There was no way to bolt the unit from the inside. I texted and the owner promptly sent someone to clean while we were out eating. When we returned some things were better, but the kitchen counter still...

« Unfortunately, I have to give such a bad review, even though the host was responsive. First off, we got one key, there should be a keyless entry door pad, or something like that for security reason. Next I had two dogs. The grass was not cut. It looks like it hadn’t been cut for a month or two. The backyard grass was so high, I don’t know what it was back there, but my dogs ate something, and they both got sick. Then for the interior, just terrible. All the walls look disgusting They haven’t...

« Truly everything was excellent! The house was spectacularly clean, the neighborhood safe, easily accessible to historic downtown McKinney. Communication with the host was top-notch. He got back to me promptly, specifically, politely, and professionally. We will definitely stay there again when we return to McKinney! »
