« The owner is very very nice. We biked from nyc, and heading to upstate NY. We booked this hotel at the last minute because it's close to empire State trail. The room is quiet and clean. The owner allowed my kids to pick the strawberry, raspberries and tomatoes. Everything tasted so sweet right off the vine. This literally made their day. The hot tub was so nice after whole day of biking. The ice cream that the owner made was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel if you stay in this...

« Fantastic cottage! Neighbors hardly around and deck large and comfy. The enclosed porch was huge and allowed card game fun! My 92 year old Mom was craving quiet and peaceful lake vibes and this cottage was perfect. New large Roku tv was great! Comfy couches and well equipped kitchen! The owner John was quick to respond to questions before we got there so I knew what to bring. Easy parking and no step in. THANKS John! »

« Beautiful cabin in beautiful setting. Cabin was well furnished, had well stocked kitchen, and modern amenities. There were lots of attractions within 30 minute, scenic drives from the cabin such as Tanglewood, Monument Mountain, and other Berkshire and Columbia County attractions. Avid cyclists will find smooth roads with good shoulders and light traffic. As noted n another review, there is a rail line about one mile from the cabin, thus inevitable noise on occasion. It was well worth the trade...

« Great stay! It is a farm house so don't expect the Ritz. The house is very tastefully rebuild and furnished. The expanded living quarters/ kitchen all about spending time together in a great space. We found everything we were looking for, the sonos system worked like a charm and so did the hot tub.If there was one suggestion to the owner, the stair to the second floor should have a handrail for people that are not super mobile. Currently it is a steep stair without anything to hold on to....

« As soon as we pulled into the drive way my truck blew its water pump. Steven the owner of the property was amazing took my husband 3 times to town to get what he need to fix my truck. Room was very clean, quiet, we had a wonderful vacation inspite of my truck, because the owners were so kind, generous people. »

« Very nice, small apartment. Very clean and comfortable. There was no cross ventilation, but the AC worked fine. Great place for a night or two and conveniently located near wedding venues. I would have liked to know in advance that the street number was not on the mailbox on the road, but figured it out. Probably best to ask for a landmark. We would definitely stay again if in the area. »

« Nice owners very helpful everything was in great shape but they needed to repair cold water faucet handle in bathroom I couldn’t seem to get the key to the entrance door to work so just left it unlocked. The place was all quality furnished and very clean. I would definitely recommend it »

« We stayed at Ray's house in August 2025 for two nights -- two adults 8 year old twins. It's a great house! Perfect size for us with very comfy beds. It was also very well-stocked with extra towels and all the toiletries you may need. Communication with Ray both before and during the stay was excellent. Highly recommend! »

« Terrific house with numerous bedrooms and bathrooms. Super common areas and large kitchen. Charming older home well maintained. Great outdoor space with several places to sit including fire-pit area.Owner very cooperative and thoughtful. Easy process. Perfect for me and several adult children in town for a wedding.Would stay again 100%! »

« Lovely home in a central location! Fabrice's place was perfect for our weekend in Hudson. Fully set with everything we needed, easy parking, great communication. Comfy bed and cozy blankets. We could walk everywhere we wanted to be from morning fresh pastries to fabulous dinners out. We will definitely book here again next time we are in Hudson - the perfect home away from home! »

« This was my second or third visit to the property in September for the Roe Jan Ramble. Clean as a whistle in all rooms. Nicely stocked kitchen and good pots and pans. The deck is a nice place to gather. Close to the HVRT, restaurants. I had some friends join me this year. I had to ask Tara some questions just before we left home and I received quick responses. No negatives on this property. »

"Personne à l'accueil tres agreable et sympatique MAIS chambre vetuste, ne comptez pas non plus prendre un petit dejeuner pas de jus d'orange, pas de lait et 3 donuts de la veille, en plus il y avait une pane de courant de 7 PM à 23 PM. N'allez pas dans cet hotel. The reception is very nice and friendly BUT the room is outdated and need a total renovation , don’t plan to have breakfast, no orange juice, no milk, and 3 donuts from the day before and we had no electricity from 7 PM to 23 PM. Don’t go to this hotel. "
