« Room was clean but had a strange smell. Towels were practically see through. Bed was lumpy. Rowdy people above us and no one at desk during the night to take care of the matter. Would not stay there again. »

« I liked the property and the layout of the room. The big issue for me is the lack of ice. There is one small counter mounted ice maker for the entire hotel. We arrived late on a Saturday on a hot day and wanted some ice for a drink and there was none. The checkout process also seemed a bit slow. You had to review hotel rules on paper and sign off. I don't think I will stay there again. »

« Loved the area- so many great shops and restaurants! Very close to the hospital which was the reason we were there - from out of town. The room was setup very well and had everything we needed and a lot of space. Will definitely stay here again! »

« We booked a 2 queen bed and paid for it online. We paid that morning. We arrived from Florida at around 12 am (midnight). When we arrived to our room, there was only one bed in there. We were tired and asked for a discount or for them to extend our stay. They refused. And they also didn’t have other rooms available. The staff took about 10 minutes to come to the front, like she was doing something in the back. Expedia called the front desk and COULD NOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. Staff was respectful...

« I was denied a refund by the Hotel due to booking with Expedia. I had a change in my travel plans resulting in a shorter stay than booked. The Hotel advised they could not refund the unused/cancelled day since I booked through Expedia, even though I paid direct at the Hotel. This will be the last time I use Expedia, this is a very unfriendly Consumer practice. I may contact my Bank and dispute the charges. »

« Clean, well maintained, and polite and helpful employees. A very minor quibble, the breakfast buffet’s “cheese omelette” was NOT a good option but the rest was all very nice. »
