„The apartment was clean and comfortable. We used the gym and the pool table downstairs. After a heavy rain some ants found their way in by the sliding glass door. The property managers had bug spray by our door within an hour. We would definately stay here again.“

„My 14 year old son and I stayed at this property for 2 nights. Great location! You can walk to the Krohn Conservatory (less than 10 minutes)!! We had superb communication with the owner. Tiny but well-thought.“

„Overall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. On the other hand, if you wanted to go to a Reds game you’re right next door. “

„Incredibly unique property. Fantastic vibes, awesome location for spots you want to go into town or stay out and just enjoy the property. Communication was unmatched, even swapped the coffee maker that wasn’t working first thing in the morning when I hadn’t fully woken so I could have a fresh cup of coffee. Just lovely.“

He wanted to change the price because my family came by. I did not know we could not had to meet guests outside of the apartment. „Very nice place with everything we needed. The place felt very clean and comfy. Perfect location just minutes from downtown with a gorgeous view of the downtown skyline.
