« My family and I enjoyed this great home over July 4 weekend. The property was wonderful to view from the large deck, whether it was coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. The kitchen was well-equipped and we all enjoyed the board games, cards, and game room in the basement, where we held multiple shuffleboard tournaments on a rainy day.The location was great too; we explored surrounding towns, hiked Kaaterskill Falls, and mountain-biked the nearby Belleayre Mountain trail...

« We were in town for a wedding at the Chestnut Inn. We needed a place that was close to the Inn because our 9 month old granddaughter was staying behind with her grandpa. That way her parents could get back to her quickly if needed. Also, other family members who hadn’t met her yet could come to the VRBO and hang out with us for the afternoon in a homey setting. We loved the proximity to the river, the porch and deck, the clean kitchen and the washer/dryer. The only drawback was the very steep...

« House is perfect for a family getaway. Pond was a ton of fun and kitchen was fully equipped for our meals. Hot tub under the stars was a great way to end the day. Will definitely return »

« Cottage was amazing. Everything was setup as described. Really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Fabio had everything setup for our arrival. »

« The property is just as described and pictured, and everything was in working order. The Owner is very quick to respond to any communication. Less than 10 min. to Bellaire Mountain, and with a fireplace, would make a nice cabin for winter weekend ski getaways. It is small... We were 2 adults and one child--- adults took the bedroom and the child on the futon in the living room. 2 Adults and 2 children would probably max the space; although more could fit it might not be very comfortable....

« The house was perfect for our weekend getaway. We are a family of 5 and the house was just what we needed. Clean and with everything we needed to have a relaxed atmosphere. The kids enjoyed the water tub! Will recommend this place to everyone. »
