„Nice size room with a great view of the lake.“

„Busted tile, poorly patched, around jetted tub. Frayed carpet. Peeling paint on pool area floor. Dirty tiles lining side of big pool. Pool ladder step missing part of a step. Worst hotel we have stayed at in years, Paid extra money for an upgraded room (jetted tub) Didn't use the tub because of the cracked tile. If something this noticeable is deemed acceptable by management we questioned if more unnoticeable things like proper cleaning of the tub was done as sloppy as the tile repair. Room was ...
