« Check in was smooth and the front desk service was excellent. Great interaction with the staff. The room is updated and clean. No bath in my room, just a walk in shower with plenty of hot water. Its a little noisy with the main road right there but overall an excellent stay. Plenty of reatuarants and downtown is less than a mile away. Dairy queen and Chicagos pizza are a short walk away. « I always stay at Holiday Inn Express and they never have dissapointed me. The lady who does the breakfast area was the nicest person I have ever encountered! That lady needs a raise or some sort of acknowledgement for sure! She was lovely to talk with! Rooms as always were clean,tempersture was comfortable and cool after a long summer day,showers clean and stocked with lovely dove soaps,lotions and shampoo/conditioner.A lot of good tv channels as well.Staff is always nice and courteous. »

« It's an older hotel that has been remodeled. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked in the room. The bathroom vanity was set up nicely for putting on makeup. Overall we were pleased and it was a good value for the price. »

« Staff was all super friendly. Hotel was clean. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety. I have zero complaints about this hotel. Very easy drive to Holiday World, which is why we stayed here. Oh and there’s a nice riverwalk within walking distance of the property. »

« Loved this place! The hosts as well as the people in the town could not be any kinder! Perfect to bring your dog, it’s like their own retreat as well as yours. Highly recommend this place and be sure to visit the downtown area to support the local businesses, fabulous town! »

« Turning off the main road and then the crunch of the rocky road under your tires are the signs you are heading sonewhere unique. This place is out and away from city life but just 25 minutes from an amusement park, close to Payola lake and all it has to offer and little cute towns such as Ferdinand and Jasper. We've stayed here twice now, as it is super clean and cozy for our family. Our grandma enjoys all one floor. Our teens love Koda and friends »

« This house was in an ideal location for playing the Donald Ross golf course.The house was very clean and plenty of toiletries were provided in the case you forgot something when packing. »

« Our stay was great. The cabin is well appointed and was pretty clean. There was some random deep cleaning that could be done but I’m just being picky. The only real complaint I would have is the beds. Again, I’m probably just being picky, but after 4 nights my back is a little tense. I would still give this a near perfect rating and will stay here again in the future. Thanks to our gracious host. »
