„Very nice Lakefront house. Property is huge, very private. Nice big patio lots of seating. Nice big fire-pit enjoyed making s'mores there. Fridge has cold water and ice dispenser. Microwave is big with other features as well. Phil was quick to respond and patient with any questions we had. Very clean place, lots of pillows, sheets, towels and blankets. Very comfortable beds. We truly enjoyed our weekend getaway. “

„Wow is this a perfect spot to have a weekend getaway with friends. Easily slept 5 couples, 4 teens and a couple little ones. The house is in a great location for the lake and Grandpappy Marina. And even though the lake was unusable due to flooding, it didn’t dampen our spirits one bit because we had such a fabulous place! „Overall is great. Owner very nice and tried the best he can to respond to our requests. He even let our kids played in the event/conference building, and let us checked out late 2 hrs, no charge. Plenty of rooms, nice pool and big back porch. Very convenient to highway and closed to the city. There are many bunk beds available but was not listed. We enjoyed our stayed! Thanks to the owner. The only thing that I have problems with is the third party, Evolve. I have to called to correct my bills ...
