« This place is a great place to stay while in Florida.The house was very clean and spacious.There were a few minor things that is helpful to know, The Main TV is streaming only so I couldn't watch broadcast TV. There's no remote for the TV so you had to push the buttons under it to put it on and change the volume. We couldn't get any TV's in the bedrooms to work. The Futon in the bedroom/office had loose legs so I had to tighten them before we could use it. There was a broken post on a headboard...

« We had a relaxing 3 day stay. Nice little studio but with plenty of separation for living area, bedroom area and bathroom area. There is a partition wall to separate the sleeping area. The large shower was great and the bed was very comfy. It is in a great area to get outside and take a walk under the canopy of trees. Easy to take the dogs out for a walk too. Our host even had bowls out with fresh water for our dogs. »

« The home was lovely. Just the right size for us: my sister, my son and myself. The only problem was the lack of a guest guide book to help those staying from out of the area acclimate. Suggestions for grocery shopping, etc., favorite local cafes or restaurants, nearby urgent care or hospital -- as well as some fun suggestions for active folks: hiking trails, safe biking paths, etc. »

« Nice new construction with a lovely pool! The kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of thoughtful touches in the pool area and bathrooms. Our family had a great stay! »

« We had a great experience staying in this home. Great design, location to coast and intercostal. Great restaurants within short drive. My wife and I walked to beach every morning and most afternoons. Everything you need for your short or extended stay in the home. We stayed for 29 nights and would highly recommend. Host Sumant was great to work with! Enjoy! »

« This house is everything. Very well kept. This home so beautiful. The bathroom omg. The house was so cleaned. It smells good also. This is great to stay. This a modern home in a nice neighborhood. Everything you need is close by. I loved it. The pool was so clean. I had a wonderful experience. Wish i could have stayed longer. I definitely recommend this home! »

« Our stay at this rental meet or exceeded every one of our expectations.The Pool. The pool is heated by a solar system and was extremely effective. The pool was very warm and comfortable to be in. It should be noted that a true hot tub is attached to the pool and was amazing. Also as our stay, everything pictured on the listing actually existed at the rental. « My family were in town for a wedding . This property is awesome . The pictures don’t do it any justice it’s a must see. We already looking into our next trip and will be sure to check out the availability of this amazing house. It’s a must see. Very clean and spacious. We had no real issues. But the management property checked in with us to make sure we got in ok. Check in process was super easy . . I highly recommend this property »
