The features to the house were outstanding: hot tub, stage, wet bar in the stage area, theater room, huge patio with gas fireplaces, so many gathering and seating areas it was just so comfortable. RJ, the caretaker, was outstanding; his pride in the property was evident and his tour and orientation to the house didn't miss anything, he was there every day for any of out...
