« The Bird's Nest was exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway. It strikes a great balance, offering simplicity in its charm while still providing all the necessities for a comfortable and fun stay. We never felt like we were missing anything. « Everything was better than we expected. The oven was out of order during our stay, but apart from that - it was fantastic! We would definitely book here again! Our kids loved the hit tub and all the fun back yard things to do! - however, if you really enjoy ping pong.. I’d bring your own paddles and balls! The ones on site weren’t great, but that’s understandable. Cheers! »

« We brought our two large Dobermans with and they loved the large fenced in backyard. The master bedroom bed was the so comfy that we fell right asleep. Location is great. Quiet neighborhood, but yet close to many restaurants, stores, etc. »

« Cute and cozy house in a sweet little neighborhood. Loved our stay. The only drawback for us was that the common living spaces were tight for the 5 of us, but we made it work and enjoyed our stay. »

« What a fantastic place. We loved it here and extended our stay for almost 2 weeks. Nothing but the sound of nature with the cicadas. Great deck area and modern upstairs cabin. Access is by stairs and you can wander down to the river if you walk around the side of the property. Aircon and wifi was perfect, Netflix etc was great. Very little boat traffic on the river so super quiet and private. Absolutely loved it here and would return in a heartbeat when I get back to Alabama. Thankyou! »
