„This is a quiet cabin in the country which was the perfect base to visit Shawnee National Forest from. It had A/C, WIFI, and QUIET which are all the things I was looking for. My husband and I enjoyed our stay, and our hosts were great to bring over a new coffee maker when the one in the cabin stopped working. It was a nice and relaxing trip with easy access to dining and scenery. Really enjoyable.“

„This was our second visit. We had a marvelous time. We just love the house, it has all the amenities that we need. It's like a home away from home. However, the TV in the living room only offers five local channels to watch, but we utilized Netflex. Also, it would have been nicer if the grass had been cut prior to our arrival so we could have enjoyed being in the yard. They came to cut the grass the day we were leaving. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay.“

„The Hill House is a great place to stay! Clean, roomy, has plenty of extra supplies. Patio area super nice! Some of our family loved the fishing pond. Ed was very friendly. Close enough for family reunion and plenty of stores and restaurants close by. But still out in the peace n quiet.“

„Property manager was super easy to get into contact with and amazingly accommodating (we were traveling with a boat and trailer in addition to our vehicle). We had no issues at all, but I could see how one may be “confused” for getting to the location/door *IF* they did not read the instructions correctly - I know how some people are about skimming the content sometimes
 don’t do that and you’ll be perfectly fine! “

„We loved Black Bear Cabin and would definitely stay again! The place was absolutely spotless and had everything we could need, plus some extra touches like K-cups and creamer for our morning coffee. There are games and books, and the game room has tons of fun things to do. Miranda was very responsive and even had the AC going for us when we arrived on a 90-degree day! We will stay again.“
