« The house was beautiful overall. However, there were a few issues. Both rooms smelled like animal urine, and the carpet looked like it needed cleaning. This, combined with my allergies, made it difficult to sleep. The bed was also dirty When I first walked in, the house smelled like an animal had just left. Despite these problems, the neighborhood was very quiet, and the neighbors didn’t bother us. The host was also helpful. »

« The house is so cute and was very clean. The beds were very comfy and my dog loved the yard. We drove in for the Morgan Wallen Concert and this location was very close to Lucas Oil Stadium. Neighborhood was very quiet. it made for a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend. We would definitely be recommend this place »

« Great customer support and easy check in. Room is very clean. The only issue was the noise outside. You can definitely hear the traffic and since it’s next to commercial establishments, you could still hear people partying or playing their car music at 1 in the morning »

« I had the impression that this was a new home, in great condition. Unfortunately, this home has had some rough treatment. The paint downstairs is marred as well as the staircase. It is a very stark environment with minimal decorating and no colors at all. It is difficult to understand why you would say that the home has four bedrooms with 3 double and 1 king size bed and then not have enough seating in the living room or around the kitchen table. « Apartment was very nice , however there a street light right out side the living room area window that directly shines thru, no matyer what you do if you are sleeping in that area you cannot dim it down at all. »

« This was a great find right in the heart of Noblesville. It's within walking distance of several great restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping in general. The photos are accurate and represent the property. If we come back to visit I would stay here again. »

« Very good spot in Indy, a five minute walk to several good restaurants and bars. Near Broadripple and Butler University. Parking on the street and behind the house too. Very hot shower with good water pressure. A large smart TV in the living room. New kitchen appliances. Three bedrooms upstairs too. »

« The property was beautiful, and Sandy was a kind and courteous hostess. My bestie and I had plenty of room and slept like rocks! Would recommend, especially if you plan to book the second bedroom. There wasn’t a guest in that room when we stayed, but having to share the bathroom with strangers could make for tighter quarters than some folks might be looking for. That said - our stay was lovely! »

« When we arrived there was a minor issue that needed attention. The host responded right away and addressed it immediately. Very impressed with the response. Great location, close to downtown, breweries, coffee shops, and some great restaurants. Amazing architectural gems nearby in the Butler University area. Highly recommend! »
