« 1st time in Caddo Lale area. Off the beaten path literally. Potholes en route. In town for Jeff tx battle. Anywag the screened in balcony spacious. We dines outside a couple times. Really liked the plug in string lites in The balcony. Inside all good. We brought groceries so used the fridge and micro and coffee maker. « Everything was great except for the cleanliness of the bedding. We found quite a lot hairs and dirt particles on the bedsheets. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant. »

« Good location for the activities we had planned. We were able to book a rm. that sleeps 3. You book on line and you are told the check in and out times and that your door will be unlocked and the key on the table. Same way at check out. Leave door unlocked and key on the table. « We enjoyed our stay at the houseboat. The lake and the view were SO relaxing, and the houseboat was comfortable. There were 3 of us, so quarters were a little tight, but fortunately we all like each other. Lol. We took one of the boat tours from Johnson Marina next door, which we also highly recommend. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a great place to stay, and the host was very responsive. »
