« This is a beautiful place on Lake Hartwell...very clean. Owners communicated very well. Close to I85 but not too close. We stayed here for a long weekend and a UGA football game. Access to Athens was extremely easy coming from the North. Family flew in and out of Greenville SC which is only an hour away. Nice to avoid Atlanta traffic. Lavonia and Hartwell not too far away with grocery stores, restaurants, etc. »

« My family was celebrating our Dad’s 77th birthday. We needed a home that would be large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. This was the perfect place. It had PLENTY of seating in the main living/dining area, as well as, the outdoor patio area. The kids loved having a room big enough that could hold all their cousins for a big sleepover. The game room was also a hit and the pool was the cherry on top. Plus the beautiful lake view. My father and stepmom both have mobility issues so...

« This house was the ideal spot for a group of friends reuniting for Clemson Homecoming! There was ample space for hang-outs (both inside and out), more than enough bedrooms, and a fabulous view of the lake. The house was the perfect distance from campus and had everything we needed for the weekend. Steve was very kind and super responsive when we had questions about a a later checkout. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would stay again and recommend to any family member or friend. »
