« Beautiful building and very clean, modern apartment. Right across street from Target Field and reasonable walk to downtown and North Loop restaurants. Only complaint: keypad on lobby entry door either not sensitive enough or too sensitive - lots of retry’s needed. On the other hand keypad on room door worked every time. »

« The location is good, and it was very clean. There was a lack of towel racks in the bathroom. There are no grab bars in the tub, though the shower was nice. The kitchen was minimally stocked for cooking, (2 pots and 2 skillets, all of which are well used). There is very limited space to store clothes. There is no dresser or bureau. The garage was nice, and parking spots were right below the unit., which made it convenient. »

« The place is very clean and spacious for two bedrooms. There is a cute park close by with trails and also a coffee shop with restaurants within walking distance. The beds are very comfortable. »

« "We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful lakeside home. The house was immaculate and the views from the balcony were simply stunning. We spent hours relaxing by the water, taking in the serene atmosphere. The neighborhood is quiet and it's less than a ten minute drive to some beautiful waterfalls. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Minneapolis." »

« I genuinely liked the place I would re-rent this property if i was to ever see it up. The place was really cozy to me and my girlfriend and sister they enjoyed the property also, me and my girlfriend was talking about how this would be a good place to rent like an apartment how nice it is. Owner did help to my accommodation really did appreciate it alot. »

« Hayden was our best VRBO host ever! We stayed here for a surgery my son had at Children's Minneapolis. Stressed about the surgery, Hayden and his property made it A easier for us. This was closer to the hospital than we thought, literally on the next block. The area is known to be sketchy but the security of the building/room is top notch, felt safe. Super clean, modern, and VERY comfortable, we were ALL happy with our showers (coming from shower snobs). I highly recommend this property!...

« Check-in instructions were clear and easy, although with other rentals I have typically gotten them before I left home for the trip (within 12-24 hours of the stated check-in time). So I was a bit surprised when I contacted the owner the morning of, and was told they typically send them out at 1:00. They did send them though right away so that was all good. « Serenity Place is exactly that. A clean, safe, lovely, serene home away from home. Amidst the pressure and chaos of moving from one home to another over the past month, my husband, two dogs, and one cat have cherished Serenity Place and hosts Steven and Katie (and sweet little pooch, Addy) for the oasis of peace and tranquility they have provided. We are so grateful; Serenity Place has been our constant calm within the storm. »
