« The property was exactly what we were looking for; close to a lot of the things we were in town to do. As noted in the description, there are trains right near the loft. Also, the loft is directly above bars (people, bands, etc.). But, the white noise machine and ear plugs were great! I would definitely book there again if I needed to go back to Davenport. Overall, a great visit! »

« Beautiful property, just as pictured. River view is very pretty. Sunsets were gorgeous. Staircase to River was an added bonus!house was clean, roomy, and quaint. Plenty of space indoors and outside. We enjoyed the gazebo and fire table. Everything you could want was pretty much there. Would stay here again! »

« We spent 3 nights here while in town for a celebration of life. I rated it excellent but have a couple suggestions. When money permits, the bathroom could use upgrading. The tub and walls and trim could use improvement. The sink drains a bit slowly. That's an expensive process but it woud make the property much nicer. Also, you could use some more silverware. Thanks for the excellent communication and stay. And I must say the beds and especially the pillows were very good! What brand...
