« The room was comfortable and clean, has working ac/heat, tv, and charging ports and check in was easy. The staff was helpful when I had a problem with my room card as when I went to swipe it, it didn't let me in, so I went to the lobby and they fixed the issue immediately and my card worked again. They have a free breakfast as well which was nice. »

« L'hôtel refuse de me donner une facture au motif que jai réservé via une tierce partie Expedia=hotels.com mais pourtant je paye sur place. Hotels.com me dit que c'est l’hôtel qui doit me la fournir. Pas même de reçu possible dans l'application hotels.com dans ce cas là. C'est compliqué quand vous êtes en voyage d'affaire de pas avoir de facture. »
