Hotels.com me dit que c'est l’hôtel qui doit me la fournir. Pas même de reçu possible dans l'application hotels.com dans ce cas là. C'est compliqué quand vous êtes en voyage d'affaire de pas avoir de facture. »

« Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The first room was dirty, with hair in the bathtub. We had to switch rooms, but the second room was also dirty.
