« Maid service was not good. We had to go to office on the 3rd day to get clean towels. Never made bed and didn’t empty trash. We took it out ourselves. Staff in office was great. »

« The property exceeded our expectations! The host answered questions in a timely manner. We stayed for a girls basketball tournament weekend. The girls and parents all had such a great time! The beds are all comfortable and the kitchen is fully loaded. The hot tub is devine and the parents all left wanting a Miele coffee system of our own. Nobody wanted the trip to end. Five stars does not do the property or host justice! »

« Dave was very accommodating and responsive. The house was gorgeous and was perfect for our girls weekend! We absolutely loved the coffee bar and the front room with the couches overlooking the property. The house was extremely clean and fully stocked with everything we needed, towels, shampoo, spices, etc. We had a great weekend! »

« This place is amazing! It is huge! We had 19 people and didn't feel crowded at all. Not only was there a great room for all of us to gather, but other nooks for smaller groups. And the kitchen table seats 18 people and has 2 refrigerators. Although the weather was cold and snowy, River House was cozy and warm. Host was very quick to respond to queries. Grocery store really close by. »

« The place was perfect for our group. Everything from the beds to fire pit to hot tub to the kitchen was above our expectations! Minisplits in each bedroom for customizable climate control was a big plus as well. Peter was a great and very communicative host. We will definitely come here again when in the area. Five stars! »

« The surrounding area of this cottage is beautiful, private and very quiet and the creek in the back is its best attribute. I have stayed at several vrbos over the years and this one felt more like a camping cottage on a camp ground than a vrbo home. We were surprised to find it was heated by an electric fireplace in the main room which was broken upon arrival. The hosts did a good job of getting it fixed the next day but it was a cold night. Most of the accommodations felt like items picked...

« We had great time! The House and grounds were fantastic, Barbie was so prompt and accommodating for everything we needed! I would say, if you do not have 4WD (Like we didn't), let them know ahead of time during winter! Even with that little blip, we had a wonderful time! Thank you! »
