« I expected that the cabin would be ruined from the flood. I called a day or so before I was due to arrive when I got an automatic message about arrival. Of course I was not comfortable coming as I had a reservation for the end of camp and camps had closed and girls sent home. I said I hoped they could use my dates for volunteers or people who had lost their homes. I hope camp will open next year and I would reserve again. « Well appointed and comfortable space. We enjoyed being so close to town and the river trail. Drank my morning coffee at the chairs overlooking the river and saw deer. »

« I loved the location. It was quiet and relaxing. The only thing that i didn't like was that there was only one TV and the wifi was the greatest. The kids and i loved our stay. »

« We were scheduled to stay there starting July 7th but due to the tragic flooding on July 4th, we were unable to visit the property. Becky was very kind and understanding and allowed a refund for our stay. We're going to give it a little time and try to rebook what looks like a fantastic property to visit. »

« We had a wonderful stay at City on a Hill in Fredericksburg, TX! The cabin was cozy, private, and perfect for a weekend getaway from all the noise. We especially loved the jacuzzi, the well-equipped kitchenette, and the peaceful view of the creek and sky from the back patio. It was everything we needed to relax and recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, quiet setting! »

« This location is absolutely fantastic. Direct access to the Frio river for swimming, fishing or just enjoying the beautiful view. We were a family group of all ages, and everyone had a wonderful time. Easy communication with the owner for questions. Highly recommend. »

« Even tho close to a busy street the yard with all the deer was great! One came right up to me and ate an apple out of my hand. Checking in and out was very easy, we enjoyed our stay. »

« Endroit très reculé qui doit être magnifique au printemps. Cottage bien agencé avec 2 bémols: la poussière qui rentre de partout et la climatisation très bruyante. « Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. "La chambre était magnifique et les piscines étaient super. L’endroit est calme et propre. Un seul bémol pour moi, que la salle de fitness ne soit pas accessible 24h/24 qui aurait pu être pratique lorsqu’on a un planning chargé"

"Menage pas fait ,la poubelle etait sale ,il y avait des poils sur les toilettes ,des miettes en dessous du lit ,le micro onde etait sale et avait une odeur de nourriture ..et lorsqu' on a fait remonter les infos...la personne s' occupant ( soit disant )du ménage n' etait pas contente... Quand à l'amabilité du personnel ,sauf le monsieur qui était désolé..."
