« Stay was awesome. Very updated cute house on the inside. Would be nice for 1sr bedroom to have blackout shades; the sun was very bright in the early am. 2nd room was perfect. Comfortable beds. The 2nd bathroom shower drain wouldn't stay open; so you had to manually do it after showering. Just letting you know. I definitely recommend this house. Thanks! »

« I always love staying downtown Knoxville. The apartment is located right in Market Square, so an easy walk to everything. If the outside downtown noise bothers you, there are disposable earplugs provided. All the necessities are provided and everything was clean and neat. »

« After this amazing experience I would definitely do it all over again. The house is extremely spacious, the beds were all very comfortable, everything was extremely clean, the neighborhood is also very quiet. This was absolutely perfect for my family and I. I recommend this home to anyone who has kids or looking to stay for a few days. « Very Good stay. Good location/short drive to anywhere we needed to go. Only have two recommendations for the listing I wished I had known before the trip. 1. Only TV is in the basement. 2. Beds described as 2 king and a double queen. It was actually 2 queens and double xl twins. Overall stay was great. 5 stars, great host! »

« The loft is amaxing! The industrial decor is a perfect vibe for the building...high ceilings, stained cement floors, comfy furniture & cozy blankets made the hot afternoon in better than home. Free parking on Jackson Street around the corner and down the hill after 6 and all weekend. There are at least 20 food establishments, market square, the Sunsphere and mural project are all a short walk. (We always felt safe.)11/10 I'd stay again! »

« Our team was blown away by the space! They raved from the minute they walked inside. While we were close enough to walk to everywhere we needed to be, we had privacy and time to bond as a team since were not staying at the hotels with the rest of our convention participants. Everyone had a comfortable bed, and were excited to go home with clean clothes instead of having to laundry when they returned from our long, draining convention. We would definitely stay here again (and probably will)! »
