„Great location and great space. “

„Cute rustic place with easy walk to Market Place. Check-in and out was very smooth. Parking spot is tight (as owner stated) but was ok for our smaller mid-sized SUV. Only slight negative was that the bedroom doesn’t have a door and we got an apartment instead of a hotel room so any *potential* snoring could be confined to the bedroom without disrupting daughter sleeping on couch. It worked out fine though. Overall a great stay! “

„Excellent experience. Great hosts and great amenities. The kitchen had all I needed to cook a few meals. It was very clean and comfortable. I loved the local touches like books, games and restaurant recommendations. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Close to UT, but GPS does take you through a sketch street to get there- just be mindful of that! I would definitely stay here again!“

„My wife & I stayed at this house for a long Easter weekend while visiting our son at the University of Tennessee. We were 20 minutes from his apartment near campus and the drive to and from this house to campus was simple. The house was perfect for us and our dog. The kitchen has everything one would need. The property is great for walking our dog and sitting outside in the yard enjoying the views. Jaclyn could not have been easier with which to work. We plan to be back!“

The owner was very easy to work with and provided lots of valuable information on the property in general, houseboat specifically, and attractions in the area.
