I do think that should have said in the listing that the other couch and bathroom were in the basement! The bathroom floor in the basement was coming up. The house smelled very bad. « We stayed for 4 nights. When we arrived, there was a water leak from a ceiling window and a gap that allowed rain and snow inside. The leak and window were fixed right away, which we appreciated, but we still experienced a very loud, constant noise from the vent above the stove that kept us up, and maintenance said nothing could be done. « Fabulous location and the host was extremely responsive to communications which I rarely need with VRBOs.Be aware that laundry is in the building, not the unit - but very close and not a problem. Property is up one flight, no elevator. Also, spacious closet but no dresser or drawers. No big deal depending on length of stay.
