I've booked non-smoking room but found smoke and mold smell everywhere and you can not get rid of it for a long time after spending even 15 minutes in the room. It's a kingdom of pests like cockroaches and some other I was not able to identify; they're everywhere on walls, table, furniture, curtains.... Water in toilet is dirty, green-yellowish and even flush does not change its color. Finally I had to leave this place in 15 minutes even it was...

« I booked this property for a birthday getaway. In decades of travel, I have never experienced anything like this.
The house is in serious disrepair — broken and unstable columns, railings not secured to posts, trip hazards, visible mold, a filthy coffee maker, and a moldy shower. This property did not feel safe.
We arrived at the agreed check-in time to find the owners still cleaning. They asked us to wait outside for an hour which ended up being 2 hours on a 90+ degree day with no water or...
