« We were very impressed that the property is currently undergoing renovation. The third floor we stayed on was completely remodeled. A minor criticism concerned the shower pressure. Although the shower head appeared to be brand new, it did not deliver a stronger water pressure. Also, the toilet tissue seemed to fall apart when wet. Other than that, no suggestions for improvement. »

« We loved that it was so quiet and peaceful. The living space in the upstairs cottage/loft. The owners were very nice and willing to help in anyway that they could. They made a great breakfast to start your day. Great place!! »

« Larry was a wonderful attentive host. Quick clear communication. Wonderful place to bring your fur family members. Nice trails for them to burn off some pent up travel energy. Great hiking nearby and plenty of small town charm in the area as well to explore. Or just be intown for a college visit or two…. ;) »

« The property is completely secluded from the main road. Apple trees attract deer. Firepit and porch chairs allowed for enjoyment of the outdoor space.Newer athletic to the inside. Very clean and comfortable. Host was super friendly and responsive.Highly recommend. »

« A quaint, clean, cozy cottage on the side of the wooded ravine overlooking a rippling creek. We enjoyed setting on the deck hearing the water flow and the birds sing.We enjoyed walking alongside the creek.Gwens cabin is so cute and everyone was very welcoming.We hiked several beautiful waterfalls around the area. Most were pretty easy hikes.When we left we drove into Ellwood and had a scrumptious breakfast at Breaking Bread.It was a wonderful break from city life and we plan to go back again....
