« DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU HAVE EITHER A TRUCK OR SUV WITH 4WD. The road to the cabin is dangerous and even with 4WD we could barely get up the hill. Two cars ended up in ditches and vacations were ruined because they couldn’t leave the cabin. The host would only communicate through VRBO but there was no WIFI. « My wife and I had a wonderful time with our two dogs. The host was very welcoming and the checkin/checkout process was smooth. The house was clean and charming, just like the pictures. « Lovely little cabin! The cabin was spotless, comfortable and nicely appointed. There were neighbors fairly close but we never heard them - overall the setting was super quiet. The location was convenient to anything you would want to do in the Gorge. Couldn't ask for a better place to come back to after a long day outdoors. Be sure to bring a smoke detector if this a concern as there is none in the cabin. »

« Once we got there it was a great trip, it is very new so gps was a little tricky, the people all around was so very nice. And if you forget anything they probably have it available. The place was very clean, and very spacious, loved the 3 king sized beds. And if you get a chance take the coalbankhollar.com tour, it was well worth every penny spent on that excursion. « It was hard to leave this gem hidden up in the mountains. It had absolutely everything you might need to enjoy a relaxing time in the woods. The host was very responsive and helpful when needed. My husband said this is the best Vrbo we have stayed at to date.
