« The property was clean and just as advertised. The owner was also very flexible in extending our check out time by a little bit since the checkout time was 10 and we had a funeral at 1, leaving us with 3 hours of downtime. We were all very appreciative and would leave a higher review if possible! »

« This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The location is good and the owner is great. Kim is very responsive. We had an issue with the temperature in the place and Kim addressed it quickly and attentively; and it was resolved. Even my dog was comfortable staying there. He usually barks when we leave him alone (crated), but he didn't while there. »

« The check in girl was very helpful and helped us find dinner at a good restaurant instead of what we could see which was fast food. Just down the road about a mile was where the good places were. »

« Nottingham Place is truly a HIDDEN GEM! We were so pleasantly surprised with how superb this property was! Soooo much better than any hotel we have ever stayed at, in around Wise, VA! These hosts have truly thought of every possible added touch to make your stay feel special! « What a lovely place to stay in the mountains of southwest Virginia. We visit BSG nearly every year for a family reunion. The only decent hotel in town has seen better days and we wanted something more comfortable. This trip was my 84 year old Dad and me. He LOVED it and so did I!!!The owners took care to think of everything when renovating this house.
