« This host did not communicate with us and left us high and dry the morning of. VRBO thankfully helped us locate a last minute rental and took care of us.I understand that emergencies can happen so initially we were worried about host. Then she finally replied just to say they cancelled due to age. Which it was all adults that would’ve been staying. The lack of communication and accountability was not there. I did notice they are new to this so maybe they will improve after this bad experience. »

« This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well.
Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN. »
