« This is a motel not a hotel, that was hard to tell from the pics. It was fine for a night. It smelled like stale cigarettes, like the kind that is in the walls/paint and no matter how much you clean it just lingers. It was not the cleanest either. We had to use the sofa bed for our youngest and it had crumbs and hair under the cushions- bed was clean inside though and we had fresh linen for it. Walls and floors seemed surface clean. « NOT the standard expected from a Best Western. Everything was in desperate need of a deep clean. The toilet paper holder fell out of the hole in the wall, the bathroom faucet wasnt secured to the sink, and the bathtub drain had to be propped open in order for the tub to drain. Breakfast was cereal and some weird “yogurt” like substance, definitely not anything ive seen before or wanted to ingest.
