« Utica is a super cute, comfy vibe little town. The Mill Street loft #2 is right in the heart of the downtown. Parking is ample and a short walk to the loft. Everything is as pictured. The decor is top notch. And a cozy vibe. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Just to note, there are quite of a bit of stairs to get to the loft upstairs. We heard a little noise from the Main Street but by 10:00 PM on a Saturday night, it was very quiet. Good communication with the host. I highly recommend...

« The house was in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. It was a charming old Sears model home that had been solidly updated. Easy to navigate central ac and heat, wood floors, gas oven/stove top, good lighting, ceiling fans throughout, good bathroom storage, huge closet space, comfortable furniture, easy parking right at the door, and a nice well fenced in yard, safe enough to keep small dogs in.
