« We had a lovely stay at the Grape Escape. While it is truly roughing it, all our needs were met and the host was easy to contact if we needed anything. Hammondsport was an awesome town, with nice options for food, drinks, and vibes. Great food everywhere we tried, but Portside Bistro was our favorite. »

« We stayed here with our 13,11 and 2 yr old boys and everyone had the best time! The location of the tree house has complete privacy and is right on the River which was a huge added bonus. We are already talking about maybe coming back next year. Only “heads up” is the “kitchen” sink is more of a dribble so washing any dishes is a long process but… your in a treehouse »

« We had a wonderful stay at this property over Labor Day weekend while in town for a family wedding! The house was spotless, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the living space was very cozy. The hot tub and fireplace were wonderful touches to add to our family's enjoyment of the property on the chilly late summer nights. « The house was great. Very clean and had everything you needed. The view was spectacular and we were minutes from stores and dining.I will say definitely bring your smallest vehicle. The driveway is very tight. Otherwise is was a relaxing stay and we had beautiful weather. »

« We have stayed at this property multiple times & always find it well maintained & equipped. In addition to the direct lake access, the covered balcony right over the lake is a major plus as well as the outdoor jacuzzi with direct lake views. There are several areas for people to gather for various games, activities or just a quiet space for reading. The owner Dawn is always responsive if any issues or questions arise.
