« We had a great stay at the Ponderosa in the Little Joe cabin. We would like to return with our whole family for a group vacation! Our host were amazing, hospitable and very accommodating. « Our stay at Little Ponderosa was exactly what we expected. It was clean, comfortable, and felt just like home. We enjoyed fishing in the pond and caught quite a few big ones!! Recommend live bait (worms and meal worms) and remember your barbless hooks! All in all it was a wonderful experience. The host, Brandi, was super responsive and accommodating!! 10/10 will be back! »

« We didn't end up staying due to a change in plans but the host went beyond what was required to accomodate our changes and help us at a loss to himself. Communication could be spotty but he always got back to us when we messaged. Thanks for being a good host even though we didn't stay! »

« Property was awful, we thought the building was condemned when we arrived, there was caution tape everywhere, there was water leaking everywhere, and smelled like mold. We never even checked in cause of the conditions of the building and had to stay elsewhere. »

« This place was wonderful. Right in the middle of the area we wanted, great place to explore from. 'Two bathrooms' seems difficult to find; this place had the two we were looking for, one per bedroom with a bonus small half-bath downstairs. The host helped me out as I don't have a smart phone and contacted us via alternate means, and early - which helped a lot. BONUS: An hour later C/O! Highly recommend this location. »

« This was a superb rental experience, finally a VRBO that is both well stocked and cozy. We had a great stay at the cabin. It’s small, but the kitchen is well equipped, and the living spaces are cozy with extra blankets and a nice electric fireplace.There are lots of great amenities, and we wish we had more time to stay and enjoy everything. Communication was easy through the app. At one point, someone thought a necklace had been left behind, and they quickly had their cleaning team double check...

« This little cabin is a soothing oasis that feels so very welcoming. The home takes full advantage of surrounding tranquil views. Cabin is super clean and very well maintained, not so much as a cobweb anywhere. My dog loved the fenced in yard. We did not need the tie out line I brought and Lucas had thoughtfully provided one as well (smaller or more ambitious dogs may try to venture thru the back but the rest is fenced). Provided well-seasoned firewood made a beautiful bonfire under the stars....
