„Not what you'd expect for a $400/nt Marriott. Old lumpy uncomfortable mattress, a lot of dark mold/mildew in the shower and bath floor tile, no (or broken) AC in the common sitting areas on a 90 degree day so it felt like a sauna, entrance doors with most of the paint worn off. Overall just not well maintained. Staff wasn't bad but not overly friendly either.“

„Over all stay was okay but when you book through Expedia, they don't provide a good room. I don't know what is the deal between them or it's about the person who stays there. Am an Asian obviously I can't change my face I wish I could to treat equally. They have the best slot for others they put me somewhere down where I can hear if someone walks upstairs I can hear clearly coz it's only the wooden floors and no carpet on it. „Loved Outpost Inn; highly recommend and can't imagine staying anywhere else in town -- incredible vibe, great coffee shop and wine bar, lots of cute spots to sit inside and outside. It felt like the place in town when all the younger, cooler (young meaning, 50 and under, ha) hang out. I loved my room, which was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the free drip coffee in the mornings. And wow, the weather in Highlands can't be beat in the summer.“

„The maintenance of this property was quite poor. The air conditioning unit was super loud. The shower drain was clogged. The sink drain was clogged. The Bath fans had been disconnected and were inoperable. My reservation was confirmed for a handicap room, but when I arrived I was given a regular room on the second floor and there are no elevators. Overall my experience was quite unpleasant and I would never book another room at this location.“

„Ja das Haus ist ein altes historisches Gebäude, aber es ist überhaupt nicht gepflegt. Die Fliegengitter auf der Veranda sind kaputt. Im Frühstücksraum sind die Fenster mit Plastikfolie abgeklebt und die Einrichtung sowie die Küche sind nicht sehr ansprechend. Die Zimmer sind soweit sauber. Unseres war jedoch sehr klein und die Klimaanlage blies direkt von der Decke auf das Bett und konnte nicht ausgeschaltet werden.“

„Die Zimmer waren sehr spartanisch, kein Kuehlschrank, keine Mikro. Keine moeglichkeit zum Kaffe machen. Morgens sollte es ab 7:30 Fruehstueck geben , um 8:00 war das Office immer noch zu und kein Mensch war zu sehen. Auch euin Fruekstuck war nicht vorbereitet.“

„I happened to stumble across this place when looking for last minute reservations for my husband and I. We had never stayed in a yurt before. It was an amazing experience. It was very clean and such a beautiful place. There is no cell phone signal down there and the WiFi wasn't too good, but it was nice to relax and disconnect from technology for the weekend. The decor and layout were fabulous. We will definitely be going back in the future and I highly recommend this place! “
