« This was the best Hampton Inn we have ever stayed at. Great rooms! We own a timeshare and the room was like one at a resort. We were there for 5 days/4 nights. We had a 4th floor room with balcony. We did not have the lake view, but we were able to see the town and the river. Our friends with us had a lake view with a balcony and it was beautiful. « Starting off hotel insisted on holding funds equivalent to another room when reservation was paid in full. They offered to cancel when I questioned it, but the hold was already applied and they don’t release quick enough to allow another room to be booked elsewhere. So we stayed. « The hotel served its purpose of a place to lay our heads and pretty much nothing else. The bathtub/shower was pretty filthy, but the room itself was fine. It was in a very quiet location & easily accessible. There was no water fountain & breakfast was interesting, as it is in the Asian restaurant connected to the hotel? Overall, it was just fine and worked for what we needed & a cheap price point. »
