„Nice stay, but the shower stall floor was so slippery when wet it was scary. I asked the person at the desk if they had any sort of bath mat to make standing in the shower safe and she said she had no idea, that no one had never asked that before (but it apparently important enough for her to ask the hotel owner/manager. So I just used a towel on the floor inside the bathtub during my shower the next day.“

„I had to call the desk 3 times between 10:30 & 1:30 because there were teenagers directly across the hall. They were going in & out, laughing & having pizza in the hall. I asked them 3 times to please be quiet. The night manager called them for me as well. I had to get up at 5 am so it was a short sleep night. The staff was very helpful“

„Schimmel an der Wand im Bad (Wasserschaden?), kein Fön, keine Kaffeemaschine, sonst leidlich sauber (Haare im Bad, Schimmel, Tische könnten mal abgewischt werden). Kaffee beim " Frühstück" morgens um 8.30 leer, leider gab es keinen Nachschub. Frühstück ist " Grab an go", kein Teller, kein Brot, nur abgepackte Riegel. Aber für den Preis sonst ok. “

The Grimsley House had so much history and beautiful architectural features throughout the home. Several times we caught ourselves just sitting on the front porch looking out at the property.
