« My wife and I were very impressed with our recent stay at this hotel. We arrived earlier than we expected. When I went to check in, I expected our room to not be ready. To my surprise, it was. The clerk at the front desk was extremely pleasant. The check-in took about two minutes. Our room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. What impressed me the most was how quiet the hotel was. The breakfast was very good. There is a Ruby Tuesdays right next door. There is a DQ a short walk away....

The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. I am a photographer working for travel magazines and in my life, I stayed in the most remote places in Africa, Asia and South America. But never had BEDBUGS. « Our stay was a very short one so really not able to enjoy much. On the property details it mentions an Italian restaurant onsite. It is located down the street. We ordered through Uber Eats instead. We had everything we needed. »

« Nice place to stay before going to Ruby Memorial for surgery. Was put in a smoking room, which is not what I wanted. It smelled as if another person had used the bathroom just before leaving the room. The beds were clean but this room needs a new carpet, or better yet, replace with vinyl flooring. »
