« The hotel cancelled my reservation and did not notify me until I was there to check in. Even worse, they said they had refunded my money when in fact they had not. Be warned that reservations mean nothing and whatever you do, don't prepay for your stay. »

« Have stayed here multiple times over the years. Needs updated. Though the property was clean many things looked old. One area as an example: The elevators need a maintenance check and some lubrication. Breakfast was weak. Staff was very nice and always said hello and have a nice day comments when we walked past each other. I like this hotel, and hope it has the funds to update in the future. »

« This would be a lovely place to stay in May through October but there was insufficient heat for our March visit. We totally froze. For folks who need a full kitchen, this also might present some challenges - the only sink was in the bathroom and there is no stove. »

« Do you like BEDBUGS? I don't. But for more than 100 dollars, I got a nice room with bedbugs. The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. I am a photographer working for travel magazines and in my life, I stayed in the most remote places in Africa, Asia and South America. But never had BEDBUGS. « Pros: 1)Downtown and walkable to restaurants/bars 2)Good bed Cons: 1) smells like smoke/must in the lobby and hallways 2)shower was not cleaned as there was shampoo on the basin floor and hair on the wall 3) valet so slow we just ended up self parking and retrieving from the valet parking lot 4) employees hang in the bar and get up when guests come in - just a sloppy look 5) bar wasn’t serving alcohol- huh? 6) towels were out of a youth hostel - tattered and thin »

« This was the perfect place to stay if you’re traveling with multiple kids or teens! The setup gives everyone their own space. The adults can have their own bedroom, while the kids or teens have a pull-out couch and their own TV. They can stay up as late as they want without disturbing the adults, which made the stay so much more relaxing for everyone. We really appreciated having the extra space and would definitely recommend this place for families! »

« Clean premises, but the building had a weird odor. My room faintly smelled like cigarettes. Thin towels and pillows, but that’s to be expected at a budget-friendly hotel. Overall, fine for one night but unsure if I would stay longer. »
