« Property management company canceled my reservation the day of check in after confirming my stay. They said it was because I didn't pass the screening, but they couldn't tell me why. They said they use another company to do the screenings and sometimes it could be something as simple as the address and the credit card not matching the address we have saved on VRBO. Ridiculous. They were supposed to confirm the reason for this happening and get back to me, but they never did. They did however...

« Very nice upscale apartment. Awesome album selction to play thru the bluetooth. Owner was very responsive to minor issues. There were 13% in taxes that did not show up in “This is the price you pay” promo. The owner, Hotels.com and Evolve all said it would be addressed so hopefully that issue has been resolved. Will def stay again! »
