« This was the perfect place for 5 sisters to spend a weekend together. The kitchen was well stocked, the view of the lake was beautiful. Great place to relax. Worth a return trip, especially in the warmer weather to enjoy the deck and other outside activities. »

« This rental was the perfect place to getaway and enjoy the beautiful scenery with all the comforts. We were situated in the woods overlooking a beautiful landscape with all the amenities of home. The bed was super comfortable, shower was great, the fire pit and hot tub were amazing! Absolutely loved our stay and already booked a weekend for next year. This is a must rental for a weekend away to relax! »

« The house and property were a perfect combination of relaxing and beauty. We walked the trails, our dog enjoyed the open field and our group had a marvelous stay. If you want to enjoy peace and quiet away from the city this property is great. It does need some outside sprucing up and some deep cleaning however, it did not affect our stay. »

« If you're looking for a place just to sleep and be one with nature this is it! Kinda like glamping. There was mice poop everywhere, it's that time of year, didn't scare us. But their was no forks, towels, napkins, they only provided 1 trash bag we went through in a hurry and had to use grocery bags for garbage. Ran to gas station for forks and paper towels. The oven dorsnt wirk, so took 4 hours tobake a 20min bitter braid. Other than thst a good place to rough it and relax »

« Perfect for me and my friends for a golf and casino weekend. The family visited from a couple miles away and really enjoyed the yard games and the beach. Kayaks and fishing were great for the kids. Plenty of room for all four couples, everyone had their own space. Firewood was provided, fantastic views for the fires at night. What a gorgeous home, we will be back! »

The property overlooks a bubbling stream so the scenery was amazing!My only downside was that I had hoped it was a bit more remote/private, but there are other cabins not far away (maybe 200-ish feet?) « Very nicely decorated log cabin/house complete with everything needed for an enjoyable stay - even had doggie dishes for our pup. Blinking lights around the pines out on the deck and driveway were a great touch. Great setting in the pines, next to the river. Wished there had been steps down to the river, even rustic ones (instead of the steep bank/slide) but I'm sure there was a reason why not. « We stayed here over UWL graduation weekend. I choose this as it was close to everything, on the river, and we did not have to share space with anyone. The place was very clean and super cute inside. The owner gave me easy instructions and was easily available by phone when I needed to call. I would highly recommend this place!! »

« The place was clean with comfortable furniture. Lots of space to spread out and add air mattresses if needed. »

« The family enjoyed our quick one-night stay at this property. The house was spacious and bedrooms accommodated our big family. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the sand and water from sun up to sun down along with the gaming room. The location is in great proximity to all of our favorite places (castle rock lake, dirty turtle, shipwreck, and kozys). Thanks for a nice time! »

« Clean, cozy, well stocked, comfortable beds, good location, parking, quiet neighborhood, beautiful yard and a mother mourning dove hatching her eggs. Had a great stay and will go back for sure. »

« Beautiful cabin in a quiet secluded setting. Host was very accommodating. I was disappointed in the beach. The lake had a lot of slimey weeds at the beaches. »
