„A beautiful house, tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. It was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. With the car, you could reach the supermarket in just a few minutes, and there were restaurants nearby as well. The contact with the hosts was excellent and friendly. There’s a couple bar/restaurants a block away with good food/service. Also an ice cream and burger place less than a block. We had a great stay and enjoyed the town. “

Central location is awesome, and you can walk to the Dollar General across the street, which has great grocery options. Beds were very, very comfortable. I never actually made it to his cute bungalow because I made an error when booking in Springfield, IL, and I should have booked in Springfield, OH. „Overall it was a nice place except for one glaring exception. It’s decorated nicely and mostly clean and well maintained. We stayed on the second floor. The glaring exception was an HVAC system. It was shockingly loud. It sounded like a car that needed a new muffler. It woke us up numerous times at night. If it had been heating season I would have been concerned about a gas leak.
